Overall, the equipment is of good quality. Mainly the fitness/cross training part. The ergo/cardio part, however, is of lesser quality (The bikes shake even though everything is tightened properly. The curved treadmill makes an unpleasant noise from the belt when you run on it and the resistance selector is not very smooth when you want to choose your resistance - a lot of resistance on the handle)
